What does my registration fee provide me with?
- Every participant will receive a custom men's or women's fleece zip-up
- Bag check at Hermes-owned races
- 3 Organized Pre Race Meet Ups
Each Pre-Race Meet Up will consist of the following, but may not be limited to:
- Early Race Packet Pick Up
- An Organized Group Run, led by Hermes Staff
- Q/A with Hermes Staff
Meet Up Information
- Meet Up 1: Tuesday, February 20th @ Hofbräuhaus in downtown Cleveland [Before the Chili Bowl Classic 5K]
- Packet Pick Up begins at 5:30 pm in the back room of the Hofbräuhaus
- The group run will begin at 6:00 pm and will run the Chili Bowl Classic route
- Packet Pick Up will end at 7:30 pm
- Meet Up 2: Tuesday, April 23rd @ Saucy Brew Works [Before the 20th Annual Hermes Cleveland 10 Miler]
- Packet Pick Up begins at 5:30 pm in Saucy Brew Works
- The group run will begin at 6:00 pm
- Packet Pick Up will end at 7:30 pm
- Meet Up 3: Tuesday, July 16th @ Margaritaville [Before the Parrot Head Run 5K]
- Packet Pick Up begins at 5:30 pm in Margaritaville
- The group run will begin at 6:00 pm
- Packet Pick Up will end at 7:30 pm
Dates and locations are subject to change.
- Following each Series event, REAL-TIME results will be posted online with your individual score and time (must be registered by noon on the Friday before each race to have results displayed in real-time).
- Runners completing the required seven (7) races will be eligible for end-of-season awards.
- Entry into the Post-Series awards party in January 2025 - All Series participants welcome!
